The Old Gang - Penny Marshall Remembers Robin Williams

Willie Brown remembers Robin Williams (and the flood at City Hall)
A lot of Robin Williams memories have come flooding back these past few days - none bringing a broader smile to my face than the time we joined together in one of the most unlikely musical numbers in history. They were using City Hall in the filming of "Bicentennial Man." It was nighttime, and I was working late when the fire alarms went off. Apparently someone on the film crew had gotten lighting equipment too close to a fire sensor and had set off the sprinkler. I walked out of the mayor's office and into a marbled hallway flooded with water, with still more coming down. And there was Robin, dancing down the center with his voice rising above the alarm: "I'm siiiiiiinging in the rain, just siiiinging in the rain. What a glorious feeeeeeling, I'm haaaaaaaappy again." What could I do but join in?

For 2 points, name that stagehand.
